Ordering Policy
Once an order has been confirmed and the required deposit has been received, the order is considered final. Requests for changes or cancellations after this point are not guaranteed and may result in additional costs or adjusted delivery timelines.
All orders are processed based on the specifications confirmed at the time of purchase. If any modifications are requested, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them, but approval will depend on product availability, production schedules, and shipping status. Any costs associated with revisions, reprocessing, or delays will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Lead times are estimates and begin once the deposit has cleared. While we strive to meet all quoted delivery dates, external factors such as material availability, transport conditions, or customs delays may impact timelines. We will communicate any significant changes promptly.
By placing an order and paying the deposit, the buyer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
